Olds College and Case New Holland Limited have teamed up to offer this unique program as a professional development stream for Case New Holland Technicians to become certified. The program is structured over four years with ten weeks of training at Olds College each year.
Applicants must be employed by a sponsoring Case New Holland dealer and be indentured as an agricultural equipment technician apprentice or a heavy equipment technician apprentice, or already have Journeyman status in either trade. You may only apply with employer permission. The program supplements apprenticeship training with specialty training on Case New Holland equipment. Case New Holland employed Journeymen may take the specialty training as a standalone program.
You will be trained in Case New Holland specifics such as:
- Case New Holland round balers
- Customer relations
- Dealer portal use
- Detailed report writing
- Diagnosis

- Electronic and heritage engines
- Information retrieval and colour monitors
- Repair and parts manuals
- Personal finance
- Wiring diagrams

Our instructors attend industry instructor events and are continuously upgrading to stay current with Case New Holland latest product lines and technology.

Selection Process for Admission: First qualified, first accepted
Admission Requirements: Applicants must be indentured as Agricultural Equipment or Heavy Equipment Technician apprentices and be employed by a sponsoring Case IH or New Holland Dealer before entering the CNH Tech Program. Applicants must receive employer permission to apply for admission to the Case IH or New Holland Tech program.
