    The Hive, offered by the SAOC, is a newly renovated, light-filled collaborative study & socializing space for students. Located on the lower level of the LRC Building it features a variety of seating options, break-out rooms, and a kitchenette.

    The Crossing is a great place to relax after a long day. Located across from the Students' Association office, The Crossing provides students with a central multi-purpose gathering spot.

    We also provide maker kits which are independent sets to encourage creative thinking, problem solving, and introduce a different concept of thinking about solving problems.

Botanic Gardens & Wetlands

Olds College's Botanic Gardens enhance and support education, training, demonstration, and applied research programs that span generations and encourage the exchange of information and ideas with industry, students, other botanical gardens and the public. The Botanical Garden also raises awareness with the public regarding the importance of sustainable environments.
