A life changing opportunity for a student taking Land & Water Resources, with an Environmental Stewardship Major!
This award has been created with the hope that local people who otherwise could not afford to attend Olds College will be able to pursue their ambitions in the field of environmental protection.
The award is equal to one year's tuition and residence fees.
The criteria are first and foremost financial need, and secondly academic achievement.
Priority will be given to students from Clearwater County, but if a suitable candidate cannot be found, Olds College has the right to consider candidates from other areas of Alberta.
If a student receives this award in the first year, they will also receive it in their second year, providing they meet the Olds College Award Guidelines.

2013-2014 Olds College Student Awards
Dear Students and Parents,
Last year, Olds College offered over 450 awards, valued at over $500,000 in scholarships and bursaries to our students. We are grateful to our many award donors for their generous support of our students!
We have 2 types of awards at Olds College. Fall Awards, which are given out in November, and Winter Awards, that are given out in March.
The online awards application will open in August 2013.
We encourage all students to apply!
