The facility consists of

- 14 Classrooms including specialized spaces for Fashion, Agronomy & Horticulture Programming
- One tiered case room with internet & power to each seat
- Learning spaces incorporate educational technologies and program specific equipment
- Mobile Cart Computers
- Service, Storage & Staff areas
- Project & Meeting Rooms
In addition to dedicated space on the 7th floor, Olds College students access shared services related to:
- Bookstore / Retail operations
- Library & Learning Commons
- Technical Support
- Security
- Food / Cafeteria Services
These services are located in the North, South & West Campuses of Bow Valley College.
