Jennifer is a business instructor at Olds College in the School of Life Science and Business. She joined Olds College in 2023, having previously served in a similar capacity at another post-secondary institution. Her career spans diverse sectors including corporate training, hospitality, tourism, government, not-for-profits, and entrepreneurship - founding and managing multiple businesses. Jennifer's educational journey includes a diploma in business, a degree in human resources and labour relations, and an MBA from Carleton University. In addition to her employment, she sits on the board of a local elementary school council and is a board director for a community association in Red Deer County.
