During the past summer, a casual glance over the northern fence of  the Olds College campus in central Alberta would have revealed what  appeared to be a vast BMX terrain park. But while there is no doubt the carefully constructed berms and 20 ideally shaped basins would make an extreme cyclist’s paradise, bigger things are afoot…
