College Courts Townhouse Complex
If you are a second or third year student who has previously stayed at Frank Grisdale Hall OR been to another post secondary institution, you may be able to live in the Olds College townhouse complex called College Courts. Call 403-556-8375 for more information and application. Townhouse applications are not online.
These fully furnished, modern, apartment-style units include
- four single bedrooms
- kitchen
- living room
- two bathrooms
- laundry machines
- cable TV
- and a storage area.
Each unit is fully furnished with
- stove
- fridge
- washer and dryer
- freezer
- living room furniture
- kitchen table and chairs.
Each bedroom has
- bed
- desk
- closet
- chair
- bookshelf
- cable TV access
- and two telephone jacks for a telephone, fax or modem.
College Courts Fees
Note: If you live in the townhouses, you are not required to have a Meal Plan. However, if you would like to purchase a Meal Plan please see Residence Office for more information. Refer to the Fee Schedule for meal plan costs.
