Canadian Institute for Rural Entrepreneurship
The Canadian Institute for Rural Entrepreneurship (CIRE) provides information, tools, and training for entrepreneurs and small businesses as well as access to financing and information about grants. We want you to meet iconic rural entrepreneurs and be inspired by 100 brilliant ideas in rural entrepreneurship. CIRE is also involved in projects like the new teaching brewery that is being constructed on the Olds College campus, a coffee project with the Dominican Republic, a rural hospitality project with the Pomeroy Hotel, research into business collaboration models, and a small farm business incubator at the College.
