Olds College Calgary Campus

In the Heart of the City

Calgary CampusThe Olds College Calgary Campus will enable the unique integration of industry needs and interactive learning, within one of the most vibrant cities in North America.

The Olds College Calgary Campus will provide unique solutions that simplify life and enable rural and urban learners to be successful in the increasingly complex marketplace. This will be achieved by offering an appropriate range of credit courses and educational programming, in conjunction with non-credit services that support the joint goals of both Olds College and the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede.

The educational services offered by Calgary Campus will focus on leadership and address five basic community and industry needs:

The Olds College Calgary Campus will be established within Stampede Park and the Stampede’s Youth Campus zone.  Campus is expected to total 27,000 square feet, and projected capital costs are $8.98 million.

Transition Campus

Olds College welcomed its first students to the transition campus in August 2006. The 5,000 square ft. transition campus consists of:

Programming offered at the Olds College Calgary Campus includes:

Future course and program offerings at the Olds College Calgary Campus will continue to focus on leadership in direct response to industry needs.  Courses will be delivered in a variety of formats.

Permanent Olds College Calgary Campus

By September 2009, the permanent Olds College Calgary Campus within the historic Weston Bakery building will be open.
