Health & Dental Insurance . . . You're Covered!
The Olds College Students’ Association
has worked to design and implement a reasonably priced health and dental
insurance plan through Great-West Life Assurance Company.
Did you know:
- the health & dental plan is mandatory
- an individual plan can cost as much as 5 times the current student fee
- you can opt out if you have comparable coverage elsewhere
- you can add family members
- you can opt out by:
submitting your opt out form and documentation of existing coverage by website: www.mystudentplan.ca/olds, fax: 1.866.860.3078, email: oldsplan@mystudentplan.ca, or mail: Student Benefits, Olds College Students' Association 4500 50th Street T4H 1R6.
The deadline for waiving the Student Health & Dental Plan is 30 days after your program start date.
No exceptions will be made for late Waiver forms.
